ABOUT THE SURVEY
What is the ENGIE Customer Experience Survey?
The ENGIE Customer Experience Survey is an ongoing program designed to understand customer perceptions, satisfaction, and overall experience with ENGIE. Your feedback helps ENGIE continually improve its services and strengthen its customer-centric approach.
How was I selected to take part?
Participants are randomly selected from ENGIE’s customer database. If you were chosen, you will have received an email invitation from Ipsos with a link to complete the survey.
What happens to the information I provide?
Your responses are used for statistical and research purposes only. Individual answers are combined with those from other participants to develop a broad understanding of customer sentiment. Your personal details will not be included in any reporting.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Can I be identified as a respondent?
Your responses remain confidential and are not reported in a way that identifies you. However, if you choose to enter the prize draw, we will collect your contact details solely for the purpose of administering the draw and notifying winners.

PRIZE DRAW INFORMATION
What is the prize draw?
All customers who complete the survey in full will have the chance to win one (1) e-Gift Card valued at $1,000 in the quarter they complete it.
What are the terms and conditions?
- Entry is open to ENGIE customers aged 18 years or over who complete the Customer Experience Survey.
- Entrants participate by completing the survey issued by the Promoter (Ipsos).
- The promotion period for the draw ends at the end of each quarter:
- a. September’25 and Q4’2025: December 16th, 2025
- b. Q1’2026: March 31st, 2026
- c. Q2’2026: June 30th ,2026
- d. Q3’2026: September 30th, 2026
- Total prize pool: $4,000, Which includes 4 x $1,000 Prezzy e-gift cards per promotion period.
- Winners will be notified by phone or email and published on this page.
- Prezzy is not a sponsor or participant in this promotion.

Prize Draws (1-4)
Draws will be conducted at:
Ipsos Public Affairs Pty Ltd
Level 2, 51 Berry Street, North Sydney NSW 2060
On a date following the end of the previous quarter at 3:00 pm.
Winners are chosen randomly from all eligible entries. They will be notified by email within 7 working days of the draw date. Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be reallocated at the discretion of the Promoter.
Please note that the Ipsos Australia office will be closed for the Christmas period from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. Prize draw winners will be advised of any office closures at the time of notification. If a winner chooses not to accept a prize, it will be forfeited.
