[Webinar 11/6] Understanding the financial consumer: Risks and changing priorities
The webinar has been held. Watch the recording below:
The pandemic introduces uncertainty and volatility to most sectors, and due to the immediate and considerable impact on business operations, job security, and, hence, personal finances, the financial services sector finds itself in the eye of the storm.
Consumers are concerned for their livelihoods and 34% expect to face financial troubles due to the pandemic, while businesses are scrambling to maintain cash flows and rethink operations to be able to weather the storm. These prospects of bankruptcy and unemployment have led consumers to reconsider their long-term risk appetites and look for a greater sense of security.
Join our webinar Thursday the 11th of June, where we will discuss the results from our resent study on the changing needs and behaviour of consumers in relation to COVID19, finance and risk appetites. Among other, you can learn about:
- How the crisis is affecting the financial outlook of consumers
- How different banks have managed the crisis in the eyes of their customers
- How the pandemic impacts consumer behaviour in both finances, retail, and other walks of life
Practical information
The webinar will be held from 09.00 - 09.45 AM CET followed by a 15 minutes Q&A. Participation is free. You register for the session though the sign-up button at the top of the page.
