Erina has 10+ years of market research experience, specializing in brand tracking, customer experience and employee experience studies. She excels in leading quantitative programs across diverse sectors, especially in the financial and hospitality industries.
Erina specializes in helping clients build better customer experiences and relationships that contributes to business growth. She has experience working on local, regional and global programs such as Brand Health Trackers (BHT), Voice of Customers (VoC), relationship NPS, transactional NPS, customer journey and Employee Experience (EX) studies.
Her industry experience includes finance and banking, hospitality, retail, FMCG and media. She is the first to pioneer the integration of live reporting, close loop feedback management and text analytics onto a single platform. Her business acumen, technology expertise and analytical skills are further strengthened with her experience working with Salesforce, the World’s No.1 CRM software.
Apart from a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Marketing), she has continuously prioritized learning and development, having obtained 7 Salesforce and Medallia certifications, and completing university accredited courses in Digital Marketing for Executives in year 2022 and Artificial Intelligence in year 2023.
