Spotlight*Kuwait – Shopper Behaviour & Attitudes
Although 58% of Kuwait’s population have shopped online in the past 6 months, the vast majority still prefer the physical shopping experience.
In this report of the Spotlight*Kuwait series, we address the topic of shopper behaviour and attitudes in the country. The report reveals that 3 in 4 plan their shopping trips and 3 in 5 buy from brands they are familiar with.
When it comes to seeking information about brands, people in Kuwait rely on both offline and online sources: 95% use online sources, while 87% use offline sources.
Moreover, social media platforms and word of mouth are the most commonly used sources for obtaining information about brands, while word of mouth holds the highest level of trust among sources that influence purchase decisions.
