The Ipsos Corporate Reputation team hosted an insightful and engaging webinar for client to learn more about trust in corporations & institutions in Malaysia 

2020 was a turbulent time for people, markets, and society at large. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has tested the resilience of corporations and institutions, their relationship with consumers, and how they can best manage their reputation during a crisis. 

Trust in corporations and institutions has increased from 46% in 2019 to 50% in 2020, but there are significant variations between industries, categories and brands. 

Ipsos Trust Track provides a snapshot of Trust and Corporate reputation of 100+ brands in Malaysia, and explores the key drivers of trust in corporations.
