Maritime NZ Survey
- All information published by Ipsos on how to enter, and the prize, forms part of these terms and conditions.
- Upon providing their contact details within the IPSOS Maritime NZ survey questionnaire, survey participants will be entered into a quarterly draw (Quarterly Draw) thereby agreeing to share their contact details with IPSOS for the sole purposes of competition winner notifications and agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
- There are 4 prize draws per year, each with one Life Jacket to be won, valued at over NZ$100. Only one entry per person per Quarterly Draw will be eligible.
- Employees of IPSOS and agencies associated with this promotion (primarily Maritime New Zealand and Safer Boating Forum members) shall not be eligible for the prize draws.
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents. If an entrant is under the age of 18 years, they acknowledge that they have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter the promotion and agree that if they are drawn as the winner that their parent or guardian will be awarded the prize, and the parent or guardian may be required to sign acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
- Entries submitted which enclose partial information, are submitted by or through dishonest means, fraud or illegal activity, or entries not complying with these terms and conditions, are invalid.
- The winners for each Quarterly Draw will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The Quarterly Draws will be held by the 11th of the following month. The winners will be notified by phone or email as soon as practicable via the email address provided by the winners when completing their questionnaire. If IPSOS is unable to contact a winner within 10 working days of the date of the Quarterly Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a new winner will be drawn on the same terms as the original competition. No compensation will be given to a person who wins a prize but cannot be contacted.
- IPSOS takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected, late, illegible or incomplete registrations or entries, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures, failures of computer equipment or software, inability to access telecommunications network services, corruption of any format holding an entry, or any other error or malfunction.
- All entries are deemed to be received on submission of a completed questionnaire with contact details to IPSOS. Quarterly Draws close on 11.59pm on the last day of each month. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
- The prize is not transferrable.
- To the extent permitted by law, IPSOS and its associated agencies are not liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with participation in this promotion or the use of the prize.
- IPSOS reserves the right to alter any aspect of the promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
- IPSOS’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
