Ipsos is the research partner of Superbrands Romania for the fifth consecutive edition

Ipsos conducts the research processes for both stages (Council vote and Consumer survey), resulting in the designation of Superbrands in Romania

For the fifth consecutive edition, Ipsos partners with BDR Associates for conducting the Superbrands programme in România. A less typical year marked by the pandemic has brought surprising results for Superbrands, as well: 

  • 51% of the brands validated by research come from industries such as Retail, Services, Automotive, Construction, Furniture, Technology, Healthcare, Media, HoReCa, while 49% come from FMCG;
  • 33% of the brands qualifying for the Superbrand status have Romanian origins;
  • 20 leading brands are placed in the elite of Superbrands for this edition;
  • Netflix leads the top 20 this year.
