Ipsos Officially Renamed Ipsos (China) Consulting Co., Ltd. on 1 January 2019

Dear clients, suppliers and partners of Ipsos,

According to the official approval of the State Administration of Market Regulation on 24 December 2018, the legal entity of Ipsos [益普索] in China, "Ipsos Market Consulting Co., Ltd." [北京益普索市场咨询有限公司] was renamed to "Ipsos (China) Consulting Co., Ltd." [益普索（中国）咨询有限公司].

The new name will be officially enabled on 1 January 2019. After that, Ipsos (China) Consulting Co., Ltd. will remain the original business and perform the existing contracts and agreements of Ipsos Market Consulting Co., Ltd., with the subject of business and legal relation stay unchanged.

Ipsos will complete the follow-up work related to the name change as soon as possible, and start the formalities for name change of all branches in China. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the change of company name.
