Southern Weekly and Ipsos Jointly Promoting Corporate Reputation Building
On July 27th, the 10th China CSR Annual Forum was launched in Beijing. Mr. Lifeng Liu, Chairman and CEO of Ipsos China, was invited to the event and presented the 2018 Responsibility Case Award.
As one of the most prestigious and popular events in China's corporate social responsibility field, CSR Annual Forum was initiated in 2009 by Southern Weekly, a well-known Chinese Media. Through the annual responsibility ceremony, it aims to explore roads that organizations or individuals with responsibility in the social process should follow, recommend a group of role models and business cases for reference and learning, and work with responsible enterprises and the public to promote social responsibility, spirit, and responsibility & consensus building.
In the 10th anniversary of CSR Annual Forum this year, Southern Weekly and Ipsos joined hands to improve indicators of the ranking system. Together, they will release China’s Real Estate Corporate Reputation Rankings and China’s Internet Corporate Reputation Rankings the same year.
Trust is the most important indicator of corporate reputation. Besides providing consumers with high-quality products and services, enterprises should also participate in public welfare undertakings, and avoid doing things that violate the national legal and moral bottom line. According to Lifeng Liu, in the era of mobile internet and digital media, there is nowhere for any negative voice to be invisible, and it is true with enterprises, which therefore should pay close attention to their words and deeds in daily activities, actively build their reputation and gain public trust.
Chairman and CEO of Ipsos China Lifeng Liu
