Cancellation Policy and No-Show Fee
We kindly request that you notify us of cancellations as early as possible to ensure we can offer your seat to someone else and minimize food waste. All registrations for the event are canceled free of charge when this happens before 08:00 AM on the morning of the event. If cancellation occurs after 08:00 AM on the day of the event or a participant fails to participate, Ipsos imposes a fee of DKK 535,- excl. VAT. The fee covers our costs for catering, room hire, administration, etc. Cancellation must be made in writing via email.
