[WEBINAR]Keys to Leadership Success in Hong Kong and China

Dragonfly Group and Ipsos decided to partner in 2012 to investigate managers’ evaluations of corporate leaders in China and Hong Kong. This research program conducted over a period of 18 months provides insights regarding leadership competencies and practices in both markets.   Findings of this unique leadership research initiative will be shared during our 1-hour seminar:

What does it take to be a successful leader? Is leadership all about business acumen? Or fundamentally about people skills? What about ethics and creativity?

What are the differences between Hong Kong and Mainland China? What are the current strengths and challenges? Are there female leadership traits?

The dramatic impact of leadership on talent attraction and staff retention will be covered as well. JB Aloy and Eric Tarchoune will lead this interactive session designed for senior leaders, HR and training managers.

Our Speakers:

jbJB Aloy heads Ipsos’ regional practice specialized in manager and staff retention strategies as well as employer brand and employee engagement research programs.

ericEric Tarchoune, Founder and Managing Director of Dragonfly Group, a China-centric Human Resources consultancy, has 20+ years experience in China and currently shares his time between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
