In this report of the Spotlight*Lebanon series we explore shopper behaviour and attitudes in the country. The report reveals that 9 in 10 shoppers prefer the physical shopping experience and 4 in 5 prefer spending on physical products rather than on experiences.
When seeking information about brands, people in Lebanon rely on both offline and online sources; 85% use offline sources, while 74% use online sources.
Furthermore, 36% of shoppers always check customers’ reviews before making a purchase, and 40% consider recommendations from experts or industry professionals to be the most trusted guidance for their purchase decisions.
