A message from Arun Menon - Managing Director, Ipsos Malaysia
Dear Clients, Colleagues and Partners,
We are almost at the end of the year. 2023 started with much hope since the difficult years were behind us. However, new challenges arose, such as the conflict in the Middle East, adaptation to AI advancements, and existing problems like inflation, the cost of living crisis, geopolitical tensions, and climate challenges have intensified. In our Understanding Asia Year in Review newsletter, Ipsos experts share their latest global research, reflecting on the events 2023, how consumers and citizens reacted, and what to expect in 2024.
Our latest Ipsos POV - Conversations with AI features Ipsos AI experts discussing how to bring together the best of human intelligence and AI and evaluate AI based on the fundamental criterias of Truth, Beauty, and Justice. Ipsos Malaysia's e-commerce landscape report showcases how the industry is coping with the post-pandemic world when consumers are out and about. Lastly, our latest press release highlights the Scam surge in Malaysia, where Ipsos observed that half of Malaysians or someone in their family encountered a scam, mostly through phone calls or WhatsApp.
