HoReCa Beverage Landscape in Romania - Second edition

Ipsos launches the second edition of the syndicated HoReCa Beverage Landscape survey, aimed at understanding out of home consumption occasions

Although HoReCa industry has yet to reach its peak potential in Romania, it is surprising how little information is available concerning this field. Meanwhile, new locations pop up, concepts and menus are reinvented, public appetite for open air events and festivals (ever multiplied and diversified from one season to another) increases, and interest for mobile locations (such as food trucksburger vans or ice cream vans) becomes mainstream. This is why Ipsos has set to capture the big picture of out of home consumption occasions in Romania.

Building up on the 2018 premiere, the survey focuses mostly on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages – ranging from water, soft drinks and coffee to beer, cider, wines and liquors. Food & Snacking products are also part of the analysis, since they are usually associated with beverage consumption. We will evaluate incidence and frequency of going out occasions, profile occasions and look into overlaps with specific beverage categories and types of locations, assess affinity and consumption motivations behind specific categories and also profile HoReCa consumers.

This project is equally designed for owners and managers across HoReCa business, CPG manufacturers, journalists as well as those who are interested in learning more about the dynamics of this channel. At the same time, dedicated modules are available, reaching more customized objectives. Please contact us for more details concerning the methodology, target and deliverables of the study.
