Methodology

These are the findings of an Ipsos Reid poll conducted (on behalf of the Vancouver Sun) September 27th to October 2nd, 2005 with a sample of 459 adult British Columbia residents, including 254 self-identified "hockey fans". The polling was conducted using Ipsos Reid's "Voice of the West InterActive Forum" - an online panel of more than 1,100 British Columbians who have randomly recruited to match the overall characteristics of the adult BC population. The results for hockey fans (n=254) are considered accurate to within 1776.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
