Covid-19 will permanently alter HCP practices and the physician engagement model. The shift away from in-person detailing raises significant engagement questions. Practice dynamics have fundamentally changed as physician availability has been crushed by Covid-19 and HCPs move to embrace telemedicine. Telemedicine is changing office practice and logistics requirements for physicians and staff.
Delivering early insights on the sea change in HCP practices, in light of Covid-19 and the new era of HCP engagement, Ipsos is sharing the results of interim research we are conducting among HCPs, together with M360.
Register for our April 14 webinar to hear Ipsos’ experts share the first-wave results of our new regular Covid-19 HCP Surveillance Research of 300+ HCPs across seven specialties. During this session we will explore how Covid-19 is changing HCPs’ practice dynamics and their interactions with pharmaceutical manufacturers:
- Changes in patient volume and composition
- Changes in practice behavior, including the rise of telemedicine
- Changes in use of new communications channels with manufacturers (including the extent of e-detailing)
Further, drawing on the surveillance results, we will explore considerations for best practices in creating effective virtual detailing.
If you cannot join us on April 14, please register to receive the recording.
