In this episode of our The Path Forward webinar series we share tips to manage your corporate reputation during a crisis.

COVID-19 has proven to be both a challenge and an opportunity to the reputation of companies in Canada.  The pandemic has shifted Canadians’ expectations of the companies with which they do business, and companies are now forced to examine whether their communications and corporate-social responsibility (CSR) initiatives still resonate with citizen consumers in the context of COVID-19. Drawing upon the findings of this year’s sitting of the global Ipsos Reputation Council involving over 150 senior communicators across 19 countries, as well as Ipsos’ extensive experience in Canada, this on demand webinar examines the impact of COVID-19 on reputation, how communications can hinder or enhance corporate reputation, and what the road ahead looks like for CSR in the COVID-19 era.
