With extensive experience in the market research industry and a proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, Claudia joins the executive team at a pivotal moment for the company. She will play a key role in shaping Ipsos I&O's future and helping to deliver its ambitious growth strategy.

About Claudia

Claudia brings over 20 years of experience in market research across Europe, having held senior commercial and client service roles at Kantar and Qualtrics. Throughout her career, she has worked with a broad portfolio of major national and international clients, building strong expertise in commercial strategy, client partnerships, and business development.

At Ipsos I&O, Claudia will focus on expanding the client portfolio while strengthening strategic relationships with key accounts. Her appointment supports Horizons 2030, the strategic roadmap introduced by Ipsos Group earlier this year.
