The holiday hustle and bustle is now officially over and thus a good time to review the ways Canadians planned on shopping during the 2013 holiday season. Overall, the results of our eNation survey conducted in December 2013 show that the vast majority (84%) of Canadians planned on giving gifts this holiday season. And while the rise of online shopping is undisputed, our study showed that the majority of Canadians were still buying their holiday gifts in a store (72%).
