Public Perspectives: Climate Change on the National and Global Issue Agenda

World leaders lack any public opinion wind in their sails heading into the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris as climate change remains low on the list of issue concerns among global citizens. Climate change as a top issue ranks highest in Japan, China, Australia, Germany, and Canada. In Canada, concern over climate change is driven by citizens in Atlantic Canada, the Prairies and BC as well as younger Canadians.
