ISO 20252:2019 Statement of Applicability

The Ipsos Poland Statement of Applicability defines the scope of processes and activities covered by the ISO 20252:2019 framework.

Ipsos Poland and PKJPA Certification

In addition to applying global quality principles, Ipsos Poland has been certified for many years by OFBOR (Organization of Research and Opinion Polling Companies) under PKJPA – the Quality Certification Programme for Market and Opinion Research.
PKJPA is the Polish industry quality standard supporting high standards of research execution. The programme covers key areas such as fieldwork organisation, interviewer recruitment and training, supervision, quality control and documentation of research
processes.
The PKJPA certification confirms that Ipsos Poland meets strict requirements for research quality and follows established procedures ensuring reliability and consistency of delivered results.
