Role description:


Although located in our Ipsos Poland office, the Project Field Coordinator would be part of the Ipsos Switzerland Qualitative Research team, working for international clients.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Managing requests from Client Service Directors regarding the logistics of Qualitative research projects, including project timelines, costing and human resources, 
  • Building a detailed-project plan to be part of the proposal sent to the client, 
  • Coordinating and matching schedule of clients, researchers and all suppliers; be directly in contact with Clients for this purpose, 
  • Organizing and tracking research stimuli delivering; being directly in contact with Clients for this purpose, 
  • Building pricing to be validated by client service directors; securing estimates and managing costs with suppliers;  reconciles/approves supplier invoices, 
  • Preparing screeners to identify the respondents on the basis of the Client request and to be used by recruitment suppliers; overseeing recruiting and securing quality of recruitment, 
  • Helping to solve any logistic, organizational issue that may occur during the research execution/fieldwork. 

 

Qualification, skills and experience:

 

  • The successful candidate will possess the following personal and professional background: 
  • At least 2 years professional experience in an international company, preferably in administration, logistics or customer service department, preferably complex multi country organisation, 
  • Experience of working in multinational environment, both in terms of colleagues and clients, 
  • Good command of MS Office, very good Excel knowledge, 
  • Very strong problem solving attitude, 
  • Ability to work under pressure, 
  • Very  strong at multi/tasking, 
  • Fluency in English is a MUST; other language (e.g. French) recommended,  
  • Excellent relationship building skills and communication, capable of negotiating with suppliers.
