India ranks 3rd in consumer sentiment among 29 nations, despite consumer sentiment weakening in February 2025: LSEG-Ipsos PCSI India

These findings are based on data from a monthly 29-country survey conducted by Ipsos on its Global Advisor online survey platform and, in India, on its IndiaBus platform. They are first reported each month by LSEG as the Primary Consumer Sentiment Index (PCSI).

India (64.5) and Indonesia (62.3) are the only countries with a National Index score of 60 or higher.

India continues to show resilience in March – Consumer Sentiment Up – Refinitiv-Ipsos PCSI

Macro global factors notwithstanding, Consumer Sentiment for India has shown improvement over the previous month. Has moved up 1.2 percentage points in March 2022 according to the Refinitiv-Ipsos Primary Consumer Sentiment Index.
