Ipsos is one of the largest and best known research companies in the UK and a key part of the Ipsos Group, which is a leading global research company of 16,664 employees in 89 countries, with an unrivalled portfolio of research experience. We have 1,200 staff based here in the UK, and we work on a variety of accounts for leading blue chip companies, governments and institutions to help give them the insight and understanding they need to make major decisions.
In addition to the complex, high profile work we do for our clients, we also present an important position in the media. We are recognised as experts in our fields and are regularly contacted by journalists and programme producers to provide comments across a broad range of topics. We are also regularly invited to speak at major conferences.
What’s in it for you
There are two main reasons to apply for the Ipsos Graduate Programme. The first is our structured 15 month programme, and the second is that we provide a working environment that is challenging and rewarding for everyone that joins the Ipsos team.
We aim to provide a challenging and stimulating environment for our new researchers. Our Graduate Programme will equip you with a comprehensive grounding in research methods and how these are applied in a commercial environment. And whilst we will help you to learn as much as possible, you'll also find yourself well supported, in a friendly environment, and receive on-the-job coaching, specialist workshops and mentoring.
There are plenty of opportunities available to learn about different research specialist areas, providing you with varied hands-on exposure and insight into our business.
We are also an accredited training centre for the Market Research Society (MRS) Professional Development Scheme, and will support you through industry-recognised qualifications.
We'll nurture you through the beginning, and then it's up to you where you want to go, and what you want to do. Through our well-structured training you will gain the tools and skills to enable you to develop your career at Ipsos. There are so many options that you can go as far, both geographically, and career-wise, as you want. From 2017 you will also be part of ‘Generation Ipsos’ our global entry-level programme.
