As part of our global Generation Ipsos programme, you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset - thrown straight into working on live projects. Our structured training programme will provide a comprehensive foundation in research and how it is practically applied in a commercial environment. You’ll be trained in client management, project management and the fundamentals of research including methodologies, sampling, weighting and ethics. You’ll learn through real life, hands-on experience, webinars, seminars and specialist workshops. We’ll provide you with dedicated training designed to achieve the industry-recognised Market Research Society (MRS) Advanced Certificate accreditation and commit to developing you throughout your career at Ipsos.

Interns
We look for proactive and motivated Interns to join us throughout the year and across summer vacation periods. You will be working as part of a team on a variety of research projects to gain an insight into the world of Market Research and the specialist area you work within. Our main areas of research focus include:
- Consumer Research

- Advertising and Media
- Customer Experience
- Healthcare
- Social Research
- Reputational Research
You’ll gain experience in scoping out project plans and schedules, scripting questionnaires, creating data ‘outputs and checking the data accurately, contributing to presentation and reports, and regular client contact on project-related matters. You’ll get exposure to a variety of research projects using different techniques (which could include quant, qual, neuroscience, data science, and upcoming technologies).
You’ll have the chance to develop new technical and softer skills including report writing, client exposure, Microsoft Office skills, statistics, team working, communication, adapting to deadlines, and problem-solving. We’ll support your development and you will also have access to our extensive learning Academy and training workshops.
