Jamie Thorpe is Chief Experience Officer at Ipsos UK. Jamie is a deep subject matter expert and has been in CX for over 25 years. The majority of his career has been spent in Client Success/Service previously holding two board level positions and now Chief Experience Officer at Ipsos UK where he has been since 2019.
Jamie is a regular speaker at industry and client events. The subject and nature varies significantly, sometimes it might be 1,000 CX professionals, on another occasion it might be a client board. He prides himself on a pragmatic CX approach that drives actionable intelligence (the So What!) and impact. Jamie recognises the triangulation between customer, employee and brand experience and the growing need for brands to be connected to, and active in, this ecosystem.
