In 2003, MORI Scotland was commissioned by Glasgow City Council to conduct a series of four large scale residents surveys over the following two years. Each survey doubles as a recruitment exercise for the new Glasgow Citizens Panel.

In 2003, MORI Scotland was commissioned by Glasgow City Council to conduct a series of four large scale residents surveys over the following two years. Each survey doubles as a recruitment exercise for the new Glasgow Citizens Panel.

The third survey in the series was completed in October 2004 and covered a range of topics including perceptions of the local area, satisfaction with Council services, use of museums in Glasgow, and accessibility of Council services.

Technical details

MORI interviewed a representative quota sample of 1,023 residents, aged 16+ across the Glasgow City Council area. All interviews were conducted face-to-face in respondents' homes between 1st September and the 10th October 2004. Data were weighted by age using 2001 census data.
