Young carers' leisure time survey

Survey of young carers in Scotland, exploring how much free time they have and the leisure activities in which they participate.

We were commissioned by the Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Scotland to conduct a survey of young carers in Scotland.  The survey explored the amount of time young carers’ spend with their friends and the leisure activities in which they participate. In addition to the survey, we conducted secondary data analysis, comparing the findings to existing data sources. The research fed into the Scottish Young Carers’ Festival 2012.
