Ipsos’ Nicole Alexander is delighted to be participating in an Equality Lounge virtual panel discussion about bridging the digital divide; an exploration of how tech companies can support women of color. Research has shown that women of color are some of the most ambitious, but least supported employees. At the entry-level, one in five employees are women of color in the North American workforce. However, at the C-suite, fewer than one in twenty-five executives are women of color. In this panel, leaders explore the reasons that women of color face more barriers in tech and propose solutions that executives can champion to ensure this critical group of talent isn't left behind.
