Glasgow Life Staff Engagement Survey 2012

Glasgow Life commissioned Ipsos Scotland to conduct research among employees
Glasgow Life commissioned Ipsos Scotland to conduct research among employees. The main objective of the three-year involvement of Ipsos was “to identify and explore the issues which are important to staff and the impact of these issues on their working life”. Following a full staff survey in 2009, we conducted a series of group discussions with staff and depth interviews with senior managers in 2011. The aim of this phase was to identify the key issues for staff and to assess the impact of initiatives taken after the last staff survey. The qualitative research also informed the design of the follow-up full staff survey, which was conducted in 2012.
