A total of 2,874 responses were received to the consultation. The consultation ran from 6 August 2013 to 1 October 2013. All responses received within these dates were treated as valid consultation responses. The TSAs published their draft recommendations on 31 July 2013. Responses received after this date but before the start of the consultation period were also treated as valid consultation responses. Data are unweighted.
