Public Health England 2016/17 Stakeholder Research
In late 2016, Ipsos was commissioned to undertake the fourth wave of Public Health England's (PHE) research with stakeholders, which it has been running since 2013/14. PHE wanted to track movement on working relationships, stakeholder expectations and perceptions of PHE, views on PHE’s priorities, ambitions and focus, and establish where and how PHE could improve going forward.
A quantitative survey was conducted with local authority chief executives and directors of public health, as well as leaders from other professional organisations and sectors. Qualitative depth interviews were also conducted with 30 of PHE’s key stakeholders.
The findings of the research are available on the GOV.uk website.
