Ipsos Scotland was commissioned by the Scottish Government to conduct the fourth survey of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) about access to finance.
Ipsos Scotland was commissioned by the Scottish Government to conduct the fourth survey of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) about access to finance. The aim of the survey was to assess credit conditions for SMEs in Scotland and measure the extent to which credit conditions are perceived to have changed since the previous survey in 2010.
Ipsos Scotland conducted 1,011 interviews with business owners and senior financial decision-makers across the SME sector in Scotland. Interviews were conducted by telephone between 9 February and 29 February 2012.
