Staff Want Their Employers To 'Disorganise'
One in five working adults speak to their boss's boss less than once a year, and one in five also want to work for smaller companies, according to the latest MORI research on the British working population. Professionals (those in social classes A and B) are the most likely to want to work for a smaller employer.

- On behalf of Demos, MORI interviewed 1,037 British adults in full- or part-time employment, all aged 16+.
- Fieldwork was conducted on MORI's Face-to-Face Omnibus which interviews a representative quota sample of adults across Great Britain
- Fieldwork took place between 23rd and 28th September 2004
- Results are based on all respondents unless otherwise stated
- Data are weighted to the known population profile
