This report presents findings from the 2009 Young People Omnibus Survey of secondary school pupils, carried out by the Ipsos Social Research Institute on behalf of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The computer tabulations can be found in a separate volume along with further technical details of the study. The overall aim of this study was to gather information regarding how well schools are preparing young people for their future and their working life in particular.
