The American Mosaic: Weary Warriors Favor Obama

Washington, D.C. - Various parts of this Ipsos/Reuters poll were conducted between Jan. 1st and May 3rd 2012.

NOTE: all results shown are percentages unless otherwise labeled. The sample size for each group may be different and depends on various factors including the length of time the questions were in the field, the time frame being examined and the response rate to questions.

The precision of the Ipsos/Reuters online polls is measured using a credibility interval. In this case, each question and group will have a different interval, depending on the size of the sample.

The data were weighted to the U.S. current population data by gender, age, education, ethnicity and a political values scale.

Statistical margins of error are not applicable to online polls. All sample surveys and polls may be subject to other sources of error, including, but not limited to coverage error and measurement error. Where figures do not sum to 100, this is due to the effects of rounding.
