During our session on November 6 – Technology or Psychology: Who holds the secret to building a better moderator bot? – we will share the highlights from a self-funded study investing whether technological advances or human psychology best enhance AI moderator bots in qualitative research. As AI moderators enter the world of qualitative research, Ipsos tested whether tech-driven precision or psychology-informed empathy creates better participant experiences. This session compares three approaches: two AI bots and a human moderator, to uncover what truly builds trust, comfort, and quality responses.
