Ipsos leaders named among the 50 most influential people in social analytics
Sandro Kaulartz, chief research officer for Ipsos SIA, and Steve Reeves, VP of Healthcare Digital Strategy & Social Intelligence in Ipsos’ Healthcare organization, honored on the Social Intelligence Lab’s first-ever Social Intelligence Insider 50
New York, February 10, 2022 - Key Ipsos leaders have been named to the Social Intelligence Lab’s Social Intelligence Insider 50, a new list of the 50 most influential people in social analytics around the globe.
Sandro Kaulartz, Chief Research Officer at Ipsos’ Social Intelligence Analytics, was among the honorees. “The future looks bright for our industry,” says Sandro. “The new category of AI-enabled Consumer Intelligence that was recently introduced by Forrester confirms that we will be working with more heterogenous data streams in the future. At the same time brands will require more predictive analytics that are more tied to their business performance.”
At Ipsos, Reeves has worked with most of the top 25 global pharma and medtech companies on social and digital initiatives. Reeves says he’s excited for social data to take on a bigger role in the healthcare world.
“The Healthcare industry is incredibly complex, and while social data has come such a long way in this segment, there is still so much more we can do to harness the voice of the patient and increasingly, the voice of the physician at scale. In addition to things like unmet needs detection and patient journey design, I see social intelligence playing an increasingly critical role in healthcare economics and outcomes research (HEOR) in the next 3 to 5 years.” It’s an incredibly exciting time to be in this field!”
The Social Intelligence Lab is a membership community for social listening leaders and their teams, helping them turn the world’s digital conversations into competitive advantage through education, support and peer connection. The Social Intelligence Insider 50 is divided into two parts: 25 pioneers and 25 evangelists. Other honorees include leaders from Microsoft, Amazon, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Novartis, Mondelēz, Twitter, TikTok and the Walt Disney Company.
