The economy remains at the top of the list of the most serious problem facing the United States, at 19%.
Approval
President Obama’s approval rating has dropped to 52% approve, with disapproval at 44%.
Mike Pence’s favorability has taken a small dip since the last core political, but is still popular with over half (55%) of Americans favorable towards the Vice President-Elect. Half (50%) are currently favorable towards President-Elect Donald Trump.
These are findings from an Ipsos poll conducted for Thomson Reuters December 30, 2016 - January 3, 2017. For the survey, a sample of 1,961 Americans, ages 18+ were interviewed online.
