General meeting of Shareholders

Ipsos' General Meeting of shareholders will be webcasted on May, 28th - 9.30.


In light of the Covid-19 epidemic and the administrative measures in place restricting and forbidding gatherings on health grounds, the Company's Board of Directors has exceptionally decided that this Combined General Shareholders’ Meeting shall be held “behind closed doors” at the registered office at 35 rue du Val de Marne, 75013 Paris, without shareholders and other people entitled to attend in physical attendance.

This decision of the Company’s Board of Directors is made pursuant to Order no. 2020-321 of March 25, 2020 amending the rules governing the holding of general shareholders’ meetings and meetings of governing bodies of legal entities and unincorporated private entities by virtue of the Covid-19 epidemic.

The arrangements for the General Shareholders’ Meeting may change in line with health and/or legal necessities. Shareholders are accordingly asked to regularly check the General Shareholders’ Meeting section on the Company’s website for updates.

Webcast of the Shareholders’ Meeting

The Company will make available to its shareholders a live and recorded webcast of the entire Shareholders' Meeting on the Company's website ( It will not be possible, during the General Shareholders’ Meeting, to ask questions or to propose amendments or new resolutions.

Voting modalities

In this context, and in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Order and Decree no. 2020-418 of April 10, 2020, shareholders can vote without being physically present, in advance of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and remotely, by post or proxy, as outlined in the meeting notice for this General Shareholders’ Meeting, published in Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires no. 49 of April 22, 2020 and on the Company's website.

Written questions

Shareholders may submit written questions to the Board of Directors. Such questions must be sent to the Company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Ipsos, Chairman of the Board of Directors, 35, rue du Val de Marne, 75013 Paris, or by email to the following address: no later than Friday, May 22, 2020. To be taken into account, such written questions must be accompanied by a share ownership certificate.

Shareholders’ right of communication

All the information and documents that must be communicated to this General Shareholders’ Meeting will be made available to shareholders, in accordance with applicable statutory provisions and regulations, at the Company’s registered office and, for the documents indicated in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code, on the Company’s website ( as of Thursday, May 7, 2020.
