Taking Responsibility - A Social Responsibility Project Led by Ipsos in Turkey
The Foundation of Children With Cerebral Palsy in Turkey has been involved in an international donation campaign called September.
In this campaign, participants have committed to take 10,000 steps per day between 4 September – 1 October and collected donations for children with cerebral palsy (CP).
To raise awareness for Cerebral Palsy, 52 employees (13 teams) from Ipsos in Turkey have participated to September Campaign and collected donations for children with Cerebral Palsy. In terms of donation amount, Ipsos has been ranked as the 8th company which collected the most donations in overall Turkey.
Cerebral Palsy is considered a neurological disorder caused by a non-progressive brain injury or malformation that occurs while the child’s brain is under development. Cerebral Palsy primarily affects body movement and muscle coordination. The people with Cerebral Palsy always need special education and rehabilitation service and supportive materials which help them for their psychical movements.
Ipsos in Turkey started to support this charity last year and continue this support together with our colleagues.
