The Levelling Up Diaries 

In anticipation of the Government's publishing of the Levelling Up White Paper in 2021, Ipsos followed a small group of people to better understand what it means to 'level up' among different communities across the UK. The group kept a diary, allowing us to understand what 'levelling up' means in practice for them and the area they live in. What will success look like and do they feel positive for the future?
