Living with Difference
A study for the University of Leeds, measuring attitudes towards minority and outsider groups in Leeds and Warsaw.
The aim of this study is to measure levels of social prejudice with a representative sample of residents in two cities: Leeds in England and Warsaw in Poland. It is run by researchers at the University of Leeds as part of the LIVEDIFFERENCE research programme, co-ordinated by the University of Sheffield. Ipsosconducted 1,500 face-to-face interviews in both cities. The questions covered the full range of equality strands plus additional characteristics or circumstances that could generate hostile attitudes; with religion being one of the issues covered.
