Preparing for the worst or hoping for the best? British priorities on climate change adaptation

In this seminar, the Ipsos Environment team shared findings from a research study for Defra to help inform the National Adaptation Programme (NAP).

After the wettest winter in 250 years, how we cope with extreme weather is back on the agenda. In an age of austerity what should our priorities be in terms of adapting to climate change and the increased likelihood of extreme weather events?

In this seminar, the Ipsos Environment team shared findings from a research study for Defra to help answer this question and inform the National Adaptation Programme (NAP).

The research was with the public and included an online survey and 14 deliberative events.
