The following data is from an exclusive poll conducted by Ipsos for the Health Service Journal (HSJ). The poll asks what people see as priorities for the NHS from a list of issues including several raised by the Francis report into Mid Staffordshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. It also asked the public how aware they were of the Francis Inquiry, and their views on how widespread the identified problems are across the NHS.
Technical Note
Ipsos interviewed a representative sample of 1,009 adults aged 18+ across Great Britain. Interviews were conducted by telephone 13-15 April 2013. Data are weighted to match the profile of the population.
