Since 2022, Ipsos UK, working with Technopolis and Ricardo and commissioned by Defra, has been looking at the progress made by Defra’s Resource and Waste Policy Programme. Now in its fourth year, the evaluation of the Resource and Waste Policy Programme reveals a nuanced picture: progress is being made, but significant challenges remain for long-term impact to materialise.

Ipsos in the UK was commissioned by the Department for Business and Trade to undertake an impact evaluation of the Advanced Propulsion Centre R&D programme in May 2023.

Ipsos UK was commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to conduct an evaluation of the Accelerating Reform Fund (2023-2025). The Fund supported local authorities in England to reform and improve their adult social care services through innovation projects.
