I am delighted to share with you our annual Understanding Society report. The spotlight of this year's edition is on the future of public services, a topic that promises to take centre stage in debates leading up to the General Election.
Our report is grounded in our extensive public opinion research and insights gleaned from key experts. We’ve identified key considerations for the government in devising effective policy solutions in areas such as health, climate change, policing, employment, AI, and localised service delivery. Beyond addressing the immediate pressures that our core public services grapple with, our report also put forward strategies to help meet longer-term goals.
