Ipsos conducted a poll for the League Against Cruel Sports, RSPCA and IFAW. The results show support for animal welfare charities using their trained investigations teams to collect evidence of wildlife crime to pass onto the police. Around seven in ten (71 per cent) said they supported it while 5% opposed.
Technical details
Ipsos interviewed a nationally representative quota sample of 1,933 adults in GB aged 15+. Interviews were carried out face-to-face, in home, using CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing Laptops), as part of the Ipsos Omnibus (Capibus). Fieldwork was conducted between 5th and 15th October 2012. The results have been weighted to reflect the known profile of the adult population.More insights about Public Sector
