Ipsos North America Promotes Top Talent to Drive Next Chapter of Growth

Lindsay Franke named Group President & Deputy to the CEO; Dana Lowe and Lisa Gudding step into expanded client and growth leadership roles.

Ipsos North America has announced three new strategic leadership appointments designed to champion the company’s client-first mission, meet the needs of a fast-changing market, and set the stage for its next phase of growth.

Lindsay Franke – Group President & Deputy to the CEO, Ipsos North America 

Lindsay is widely recognized as a leading voice in the global insights and advisory industry, with a track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and helping clients navigate transformation in a rapidly evolving market. Her experience spans brand strategy, innovation, creative effectiveness, audience understanding, and emerging AI-enabled solutions, with deep expertise partnering with many of the world’s most influential brands, technology platforms, and category-leading companies. 

In this expanded role, Lindsay will partner closely with Mary Ann Packo to accelerate growth, strengthen market engagement, and further advance Ipsos’ position as a modern, future-focused strategic partner to clients. Known as an in-demand industry speaker and trusted advisor, Lindsay is a regular contributor at leading global industry forums and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Advertising Research Foundation, helping shape conversations at the intersection of marketing, media, technology, AI, and human insight. 

Dana Lowe – Chief Client Officer, Ipsos North America 

This role is designed to deepen and expand Ipsos’ partnerships with its most important clients. Dana will lead the end-to-end client experience, connecting the full breadth of Ipsos’ capabilities to deliver integrated, cross-portfolio solutions that help clients move faster, make sharper decisions, and drive greater business impact. 

Across more than two decades in the industry — including six years at Ipsos, most recently leading Global Accounts — Dana has built a reputation for delivering sophisticated, high-stakes work for some of the firm’s most strategic and demanding clients. In addition to her commercial leadership, she is a certified leadership coach with a strong ability to build trusted relationships, develop talent, and help teams and clients navigate complexity with confidence. 

Lisa Gudding – Chief Growth Officer, Ipsos North America 

Lisa will lead Ipsos’ efforts to expand its client portfolio, unlock new growth opportunities, and bring the full strength of the company’s capabilities to organizations navigating increasingly complex business and consumer challenges. 

As a senior leader with one of the deepest networks in the insights industry, Lisa is known for building meaningful connections between clients, ideas, and expertise to drive innovation, thought leadership, and long-term growth. This strength will be central to her role as she helps accelerate market engagement, strategic partnerships, and new business development across Ipsos North America. Most recently, Lisa served as Ipsos’ President of Strategic Growth. Lisa sits on the Executive Committee of the Insights Association and the American Marketing Association Foundation Board.
