What is it for?

We uncover the consumer decision-making path with special emphasis on their emotions, behaviors and triggers throughout.

How does it work?

In extensive two-hour interviews, we retrace the individual consumer journey of each respondent. All phases are explored in detail during the interviews: Function? Influences? Possible issues? Brand performance? Brand opportunity? We create a detailed journey map for each interview. These individual maps are then analyzed and synthesized to produce a decision pathway map that illustrates the main findings of this research and can be easily shared.
